Our services encompass guest management, property cleaning and upkeep, and utility administration. We also maintain partnerships with reliable contractors, including carpenters, plumbers, HVAC technicians, and electricians. Furthermore, we actively market properties across a diverse array of platforms, such as Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, Booking, and TurnKey (totaling 79 platforms), in addition to our dedicated proprietary website, to ensure consistent occupancy. We also retain an HOA and Zoning attorney to address any municipal regulatory concerns. We propose to lease your property for a five-year term, with an option for renewal, at a rate 20% above your current asking price. All terms are, of course, open to negotiation. In exchange, we will assume responsibility for all property maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, concrete, and appliance repairs (excluding the hot water heater and HVAC unit).
